conclusion of Malala

When she was born, people commiserate with her parents because of culture. They used that it’s gloomy day when a daughter is born. This is a part of value to society. The birth of a girl is commiserated. It means that In Pashtun society we can assume from these words that girls and the birth of girls are not valued. So Society feels sorry for the father when a girl is born. However only her father was different. He celebrate her birthday and even gave a handsome gift of money. In addition he took the tree, drew a line like a lollipop from his name and at the end of it he wrote “Malala”. And there are also the paragraph, daughters are hidden behind a curtain while the birth of a son is celebrated with rifles fired into the air. That having a boy is an exciting day and must be celebrated meanwhile it is a sad thing to have a girl and it must not be celebrated. It’s mean that girl has only simply role in life to prepare food and give birth of a children. A birth of a girl wouldn’t be celebrated by most of the people. In the society, birth of a girl is not important. Usually, no one brings gift for a birth of a girl. Her father wanted her to be as Malalai who was a woman who has a voice and played different role among women in Pakistan.

And he gave the namesake of a hero to another possibly implies that her father wanted her to have a successful future. But grandfather knew that namesake carries burden and thought that it could make her dangerous. Because Malalai was killed under fire, but her words and bravery inspired the men to turn the battle around. But her father knew that she will become a great and helpful person in future.

There are a lot of meanings that we can explaining about being a boy and girl. first of all, in Korea, when boys become older than 19, they must go army. there are some exceptions. for example, if you become a doctor or have problems of your body then you don’t need to go there. and only women who want to go there, they can. in addition, there are some limitations. we cannot drink or have a smoke until adult. so there are some effect that they buy it with a wrong ways. and we have got a lot of pressure by parents of studying. because there are a lot of competitors. and also we have to get high scores.

who am i

Hey guys, my name is Hohyun Jung. I am from Seoul, in Korea. I am 18 years old and now I live in Jakarta in Indonesia. Some people don’t know the difference between India and Indonesia. But I cannot  explain the differences because I have no idea about this country and I don’t care. I go to AIS (Australian Independent School), and I’m t in  11th grade. I want to be honest and keep one’s promise. One of the things I like about this country is that I  don’t need to walk so it is comfortable for me. In Korea, we have to walk everywhere!!! I’m Korean so I look  Asian. I have small brown eyes. i think that I never broken a promise. If i am interested in a subject, I try to do my best. But on the other hand, only i only do my best in subject which I’m interested in. So it’s also not a good attribute. want do my homework as well,l but as you know, Korean education is so hard and tough so when I finish my lessons at school I have Korean academy until ten o’clock every evening., I’m so exhausted to my homework. So i’m extremely sleepy everyday. In my school, i can choose subjects. I chose math, music, science, history, Korean, and English. I don’t like to study but i know I’m suppose to do . I don’t like schools because there is a real pressure on us in Yr 11 and 12 to study.  However, like friends. I’m doing futsal, Green Team, and Touch Rugby. I like all of it. It makes me healthy and makes me more social.  My CAS activity is Making an Aqua Scape.  An Aqua Scape is  We are fund raising by selling pizza, and Chatime and to make an aqua scape. Second is teaching less fortunate children how to play touch football. So it is good for kids and us. I like music because I think that music is my life and also sounds make music and life is composed of sound. So music is important for me. I hate vegetables because they don’t  tastes that good. I value my  family of course because they are my happiness and everything. The other one is having a good relationship with my  friends. In school, they can be my teacher and also my adviser. I think that living in another country has changed my identity. For example, in Korea, I like sports a lot and I would get a high score in my exams. There every weekend, I would  play soccer with my friends or go to the PC room where we play games. Now in Indonesia, I cannot do all of these things. The first reason is the weather condition. It is so hot to play and there is no field except at school and almost all guys would play soccer at lunchtime, but in this country, only a few people play. So it’s not as interesting  My identity has been affected by many things.애기.jpg
